What we collect
What you send us: your name, contact details, the messages you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, and the information you give us about your project. This site has no contact forms.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, coordinate the service with independent local professionals. Our legal bases are your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and your consent where the law requires it.
Who receives it
Our team, our email and messaging providers, and the independent professionals working on your case, only as far as needed. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the service and our legal duties. Enquiries that lead to nothing are deleted after 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to admin@crearsociedades.es. You can also complain to the data protection authority: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract; where it applies, we respect it.
